Digital Marketing & Communications Officer
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of two years' experience in digital marketing, website management, or a similar role.
Experience using CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot), website content management systems such as Squarespace and WordPress, and email marketing tools.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO, and digital advertising.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva, and graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.
Strong organisational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good written and spoken English.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bali resident or willing to relocate to Bali at own expense.
About the Role
The Digital Marketing & Communications Officer is responsible for executing BCF's digital communications and supporting online fundraising activities. Reporting to the Fundraising & Partnerships Lead, this role manages BCF's digital platforms, website, email marketing, HubSpot, and online fundraising systems to strengthen supporter engagement and fundraising performance.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity with technology to make a meaningful social impact.
Key Responsibilities
Execute digital fundraising and marketing campaigns across BCF's digital channels.
Maintain and optimise BCF's website, HubSpot, email marketing, and online fundraising platforms.
Maintain accurate, engaging, and up-to-date digital content across all platforms.
Monitor digital campaign performance and provide insights to improve engagement and fundraising outcomes.
Support the optimisation of BCF's digital systems, donor journeys, and online user experience.
Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high-quality digital communications.

About the Role
The Sponsorship Support plays an essential role in delivering an exceptional experience for both sponsors and students. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate sponsorship records, coordinating sponsor communications, preparing student reports, and ensuring all sponsorship information is up to date.
You will work closely with the Sponsorship Lead, Community Team, and other departments to ensure sponsors receive timely updates while helping maintain one of BCF's most important relationships, our partnership with those who make our education programs possible.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support in managing sponsor communications and maintaining positive sponsor relationships.
Respond to routine sponsor inquiries promptly and professionally, escalating complex matters to the Sponsorship Lead when required.
Assist in managing sponsor communications during the Sponsorship Lead's leave or absence, ensuring continuity of service and timely support.
Prepare sponsor correspondence, including cover letters, student reports, letters, and seasonal communications.
Collect, scan, upload, and organize student school reports, letters, and supporting documents every semester.
Update student information, including school details, grade levels, photographs, and other relevant records in the sponsorship database.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sponsor and student records in cloud-based databases and internal systems.
Upload student photos, surveys, sponsor visit records, and other documentation to ensure complete digital records.
Coordinate the preparation of graduation photo books for senior high school graduates.
Organize Christmas and New Year greeting cards, including collecting, scanning, uploading, and preparing sponsor mailings.
Support the onboarding of new sponsors and sponsored students by ensuring all required information and documentation is complete.
Work collaboratively with the Sponsorship Lead, Community Team, and other departments to ensure sponsorship information remains accurate and current.
Assist with administrative tasks and other projects related to the Sponsorship & Scholarship Program as required.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Education, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Public Administration, or a related field.
Minimum two years of experience in community development, education, NGO programs, social services, or a similar field-based role.
Experience working with schools, local communities, government agencies, or youth development programs is highly desirable.
Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
Valid motorcycle driving licence (SIM C) and willingness to travel regularly throughout Bali.

About the Role
The Community Coordinator is responsible for coordinating community-based activities that support BCF's sponsorship and scholarship programs. This role works closely with students, parents, schools, village leaders, government representatives, and community partners to ensure students receive the support they need to stay in school and succeed.
In addition to coordinating surveys, mentoring students, and managing community partnerships, the Community Coordinator oversees school improvement and upgrade projects, helping create safe and inspiring learning environments for children.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership in the field, and the ability to build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Fluent spoken and written English is essential, as the role involves regular communication with international colleagues, donors, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate student surveys and data collection to assess eligibility for BCF sponsorship and scholarship programs.
Conduct home visits and family assessments together with another BCF staff member to ensure objective, transparent, and accurate evaluations.
Manage surveys and documentation for Apprenticeship Ready, Hospitality Ready, University Ready, and other education programs.
Prepare and coordinate Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with village leaders (Kepala Desa), parents, and students participating in BCF programs.
Monitor student attendance, identify students at risk of dropping out, and follow up on students who transfer schools or discontinue their education.
Mentor students and parents on the importance of education, school attendance, career pathways, and personal development.
Coordinate the collection of school reports, student letters, and seasonal greeting cards in collaboration with the Sponsorship Support team.
Plan and coordinate Village Open Days, student expos, sponsor visits, educational activities, and community events.
Coordinate food distribution and other community support initiatives when required.
Follow up on scholarship payback agreements with students and families.
Coordinate and oversee school improvement and infrastructure upgrade projects, working closely with schools, local communities, donors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed effectively and benefit students.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, village leaders, local government, parents, and community stakeholders.
Support Posyandu and other community initiatives that contribute to children's health, wellbeing, and educational success.
Maintain accurate field reports, student records, and survey documentation to support program monitoring and evaluation.
Work collaboratively with the Sponsorship, Education, Apprenticeship, and Community teams to deliver high-quality programs and services.

Accounting and Administration Support
Qualifications
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Xero is an advantage.
Able to communicate in basic English, both written and spoken.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
Honest, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality when handling financial information.
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting and Administration Support to assist with day-to-day financial administration, donor reporting, sponsorship administration, and fundraising operations. This role works closely with the Finance and Fundraising teams to ensure financial records, reporting, and donor information are accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain petty cash transactions.
Prepare, scan, and upload invoices, receipts, and supporting documents into Xero.
Input and reconcile financial transactions in Xero.
Prepare donation and fundraising reports.
Monitor fundraising platforms and ensure donation records are accurate.
Support sponsorship administration, including pledge forms, outstanding pledge reports, database updates, and university payback invoices and reports.
Assist with fundraising events and other administrative tasks as required.
