Moving Forward with Remedial Literacy and Numeracy for Elementary School Students

In 2021, Remedial Literacy and Numeracy program responded to Covid and massive learning losses for elementary school students in remote and underprivileged areas. These students could not go to school or attend online learning due to a lack of resources like gadgets and internet access.

Bali Children Foundation's remedial program addresses learning gaps incurred out of those factors. BCF delivers the classes in upgraded libraries and teaching rooms throughout Bali and Lombok. The new spaces have projectors and speakers, quality books, child-friendly artwork, carpets, bright cushions or mini desks.

The program will continue and reach more schools in impoverished areas thanks to the generosity of our donors and supporters in Bali, and from Melbourne Bright Futures Lunch. The impact on these communities will ripple to greater economic empowerment in the future, all made possible because of you.
