Bequests

One of the ways you can ensure Bali Children Foundation continues to provide educational opportunities to the disadvantaged children of Bali is to leave a Bequest in your Will.

A Bequest will help to break the cycle of poverty and improve prospects for future generations.  There are different types of Bequest:

RESIDUAL BEQUEST

This is a simple way to leave what is left in your Estate after all your dependants have been provided for.

PECUNIARY BEQUEST

This type of bequest is where you leave a specified sum of money in your Will to Bali Children Foundation.

SPECIFIC BEQUEST

This relates to a specific gift in the form of property, shares, insurance policy, or money.

WHOLE ESTATE

This is where you leave your whole estate to one beneficiary, for example, Bali Children Foundation.

CODICIL

If you already have a Will and would like to include a gift to Bali Children Foundation you need to complete a Codicil.  This is a legally binding amendment to your existing Will and should be given to your legal advisor.
